# Why are HYDRODRIVE controls different from those of other manufacturers?

## **Technology**

Hydrodrive uses technologies from the aviation industry. For example, the **pump** and **cylinder are made**of cold-drawn and hardened solid aluminum. The **10 mm thick wall and**the properties of the specially used material **prevent oil leakage or** **oil film/mist formation**.

## **Reliability**

Without **quality, there is**no **reliability, and**quality is the benchmark for all Hydrodrive steering systems! You receive **a 3-year warranty**. The average service life of a Hydrodrive control system is more than **6 years without maintenance**!

The percentage of replaced Hydrodrive components **is**less than**0.1%** within the first**3 years**and less than **0.3%** within the first **5 years**.

## **Environmentally friendly design**

All Hydrodrive steering systems are designed to **have less impact** on the **environment**.

Hydrodrive is **the only steering system** that **does not require refilling after the initial filling for its entire service life**. Oil refills and routine maintenance are therefore not necessary during the entire service life! The steering systems are completely plastic-free. Considering their average durability, this contributes to the protection of the environment in the long term!
